Regular Board of Trustee Monthly Meeting

Description Per Policy BE (LOCAL), regular meetings of the Board shall normally be held on the third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.in the Board Room of the Administration Building located at 1050 Williams Street, Rockwall, Texas. Per policy, the Board reserves the right to change meeting dates and times whenever necessary and can call a special meeting or work session. By law, agendas will be posted 72 hours in advance of the meeting. Once posted, agendas can be viewed at this link:Board Agenda Book Online NOTE: Please note that the minutes from each Board meeting will be posted after the Board has taken action to approve the minutes pursuant to Board policy BED (LOCAL). Due to this policy, the District is unable to post the minutes immediately after each Board meeting. Once approved by the Board, the meeting minutes are posted toBoard Agenda Book Online. Example: minutes from the May meetings will be presented to the Board at the June monthly meeting for approval then posted. Meeting end time subject to change based on board agenda items.
